  4. If you steal our content listed at #2 and use it without our permissions, you are in breach of our copyright.

Warranty of Product

  1. All items listed is 100% new.
  2. All items listed is ready stock, restock may available for some sold out products.
  3. We always try our best to show you how the product looks in reality with picture, and we insist to sell high quality clothing. However, there are still something we can’t control which may causes the slightly different look for product, like you monitor color setting.
  4. We stated the measurement of each product. It may have slightly differ of 1 or 2 cm due to the different of each measure way.
  5. Make sure you have satisfied all the details of product in provided picture/ description.
  6. We check the item(s) carefully to make sure it is in good condition before sending out.

As a member

  1. You are only allowed to use our shopping cart system when you are a registered member.
  2. Your personal information (ie. shipping address, mobile number, etc.) is ONLY for our delivery and contact purposed.
  3. Joining Xiawa Dressroom means you agree to receive our newsletter, sms, or any update notifications.
  4. We hate spam as much as you, don’t worry your privacy will be revealed to public..

Shopping with us

  1. Xiawa Dressroom work in first come first serve basis.
  2. Order will automatically canceled if you failed to made payment within 2 days after order placed.
  3. You are not allowed to cancel your order once payment is done.
  4. Think twice before you place any order. Xiawa Dressroom reserve the rights to refuse service to those irresponsible.
  5. Back out buyer is NOT welcomed.
  6. Use REAL identity and personal information to purchase, we will delete order of those stay at “asdgfsdfgaedf street”.
  7. Restock need FULL advanced payment.

Shipping and Delivery

  1. Price listed for product is not include postage.
  2. We deliver items to you via PosLaju.
  3. Postage rate is RM5 for Kuala Lumpur, RM6 for West Malaysia, and RM9 for East Malaysia.
  4. We deliver items to you within 1~3 days after payment accepted, except weekend, eve of Public Holidays and Public Holidays.
  5. Tracking number provided upon requested.
  6. Any lost or damage during delivery is not resposible, we just can’t control it.
  7. We are not responsible if customers accidently provide the wrong shipping address.

Return Policy

  1. We check the item(s) carefully to make sure it is in good condition before sending out. Hence, the only reason are accepted for return request is: we deliver wrong item / color / size.
  2. You must contact us immediately once you found the item(s) is wrong. Any reports of problems with an order shipped more than 5 days ago will not be entertained.
  3. Xiawa Dressroom will beared all the cost of shipping.
  4. The returned item must be in its original packaging together with its original tags and accessories, unwashed, and unaltered.
  5. If we found you are cheating (ie. the item is worn / torned because of careless handling,etc.), item(s) and payment will 100% forfeited, and you will be blacklisted.
